Candidate Charter

We work for our clients - organizations that count on us to find them the right people for their leadership positions.

We do not work for candidates. In fact, most candidates we approach are already working at jobs they love. It's our job to convince them there's something better out there. However, we are very interested in having your resume in our database.

When we're searching for the kind of talent a specific position requires, we'll take a look at what you have to offer. We will look at your resume, assess your background, your potential, your achievements, and your emotional intelligence. And if you've got the kind of potential the search requires, we'll talk.

We'll be discreet. We'll make sure you understand the position we're trying to fill so that you can decide whether it's worth consideration. And if you decide it's your dream position, we'll facilitate discussions with our client to present your credentials.

We're everywhere our clients need us to be. And we're interested in finding you there.
